Contact:  Paz Goldschmidt, Coordinator. Partnership 2000, a program of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation and the Jewish Agency for Israel, is designed to cultivate people-to-people relationships, projects and business programs by linking Milwaukee with the Sovev Kinneret region in Israel.  Volunteers from Milwaukee and other cluster cities collaborate with their Israeli counterparts in areas such as education, cultural exchanges, regional planning, medical care and economic development.  Exchange programs and delegations take place throughout the year. Within the Partnership 2000 structure, Milwaukee is part of a cluster of midwestern American cities, along with St. Paul and Tulsa.
