Anxiety or maladaptive worrying remains on the rise in children, adolescents and adults. Recent data reveals that anxiety afflicts approximately one in three adolescents and adults in America, adversely affecting physical health, relationships and academic and work performance. Clinical Psychologist Dr. Michael Mazius will describe the signs of anxiety, the primary drivers of anxiety in today’s culture and practices parents (and educators) can use to grow invaluable skills and self confidence in their children.
