Stephanie Wagner

As chief marketing and planning officer, Stephanie Wagner oversees marketing and communications, the Annual Campaign fund allocations process, community planning efforts, and strategic initiatives. Stephanie has twenty-five years of experience in corporate and nonprofit management. She developed an expertise in marketing and brand management while working for PepsiCo/Quaker Oats and MillerCoors. She served as the Executive Director of an adult literacy agency and also worked for the American Civil Liberties Union and the Urban League. Prior to joining the Federation staff, Stephanie was a long-term volunteer who held leadership positions in the area of community planning and allocations. She also served as chair of the marketing committee and as a Trustee of the Jewish Community Foundation. Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
