The Synagogue Security Guard Grant (SSGG) program was launched in 2019 by the Milwaukee Jewish The Synagogue Security Guard Grant program (SSGG) was launched in 2019 by the Milwaukee Jewish Federation to provide financial assistance to synagogues for enhancing security during the High Holidays, Shabbat, religious school, and special events.
Synagogues throughout the state are eligible to receive up to $5,000 in funding. Synagogues eligible to utilize Nonprofit Security Grant Program funds will not qualify for SSGG.

In addition to the SSGG program, MJF offers a variety of security services to all Jewish organizations in the state, at no cost. These services include security assessments, security training, and incident response services.
